What does gay underwear mean? Styles, brands and differences
Gay underwear is not an official category with one fixed fit or one specific design. The term is usually used for men’s underwear that is popular within the gay community, but also for underwear with Pride colors, rainbows, or other LGBTQIA+ symbols.
Of course, that does not mean that certain underwear is only meant for gay men. A jockstrap, brief, thong, or boxer trunk has no sexual orientation. Some models and brands have, however, become strongly associated with queer fashion, club culture, and self-expression.
What do people mean by gay underwear?

- Waistband: a wide sporty band gives a different wearing feel than a narrow elastic band.
